Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the overall matters related to the provision and use of the “Musecat Service” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) between “Operator” and its users.


Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

  • “Community Service” refers to an additional service provided within the Musecat Service that enables members to share information, express opinions, and communicate with other members.
  • “Community Member” (hereinafter “Member”) refers to a user who has created an account through the registration process designated by the Operator and has agreed to these Terms.
  • “Community Policy” refers to the rules established and published by the Operator to ensure transparency, ethics, mutual respect, and usefulness in the Community Service.
  • “Community Content” refers to text, images, and other materials created or used by members within the community.
  • “User” refers to any individual using the Service, regardless of membership status.
  • “Feed” refers to an online discussion board provided and managed as part of the Service.
  • “Arcade List” refers to an information board focusing on operational status of amusement facilities.
  • “Feed Post” refers to content created within the Feed by members.
  • “Arcade Document” refers to content created to describe the operational status of a specific arcade.
  • “Service Feedback” refers to user-submitted comments, suggestions, or issues regarding the Service.
  • “ID” refers to a unique identifier used to distinguish a member. Duplicate IDs are not permitted.
  • “Nickname” refers to a display name shown to other users.
  • “Profile” refers to a set of personal information displayed to others (ID, nickname, profile image, etc.).

Article 3 (Eligibility)

Users who wish to use the Community Service shall become members by agreeing to these Terms.

The Operator may issue warnings, restrict content usage, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of the Community Policy.

The Operator may limit or permanently restrict access to ensure transparency, ethics, and user protection.

Members may request withdrawal through automated Withdrawal Service in their profile page, or Service Feedback. The Operator will process such requests. However, upon withdrawal, key information (uid, email) of restricted members may be retained temporarily or permanently in hashed data.


Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Operator provides the following services to members:

  • Creation and editing of Feed Posts
  • Creation and editing of Arcade Documents
  • Profile customization and sharing
  • Viewing content history on profile
  • Other services developed independently or through partnerships

The Operator provides the following to all users:

  • Viewing Feed Posts
  • Viewing Arcade Documents

Article 5 (Service Interruption and Changes)

The Operator strives to provide continuous service 24/7. However, services may be interrupted due to maintenance, failure, or communication issues.

Services may be modified or terminated for operational or improvement purposes.

Advance notice will be provided where possible.

For full service termination, prior notice will be given unless unavoidable.


Article 6 (Notification)

Notifications to all users will be posted permanently via the Operator’s social media and Feed.


Article 7 (Collection of User Information)

The Operator collects minimum user information (ID, nickname, email, profile image, social media URL, favorite arcades, registration date, etc.).

Details are specified in the Privacy Policy.


Article 8 (Content Moderation and Restrictions)

The Operator may review Community Content to maintain transparency, ethics, and usefulness.

Content may be hidden, deleted, or lead to account restrictions if it includes:

  • Defamation or harm to reputation
  • Obscene or illegal content
  • Criminal or harmful information
  • Copyright infringement
  • Political/religious conflicts
  • Privacy violations
  • Spam or advertisements
  • Other disruptive behavior

Users may request removal of infringing content.

Content may be temporarily hidden during legal disputes.

Upon withdrawal, members may request deletion of all their Feed Posts.


Article 9 (Copyright)

Copyright of Community Content belongs to the creator.

However, the Operator may use such content for service operation without additional consent.

All other service-related intellectual property belongs to the Operator.


Article 10 (Crawling and AI Training)

Unauthorized crawling is strictly prohibited.

Use of content for AI training requires prior consent, including non-commercial purposes.


Article 11 (Amendments)

The Operator may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable laws.

Users may reject changes within 14 days.

If no objection is made, consent is deemed granted.

Changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
